Sprout designs is a small, but perfectly formed graphic design company situated in the heart of Egham, Surrey, providing vibrant, bespoke solutions to print and web.

We sprung onto the creative scene in 2005, and since then Sprout designs has worked with a vast range of creative and cultural organisations in addition to corporate clients. We are delighted to have delivered innovative websites, visual identities and creative publications to clients such as Arts Council England, Creative Partnerships and Slough Borough Council.

Our work takes us across the whole of the Thames Valley and we are developing strong partnerships along the way. We are committed to a collaborative working approach, valuing communication at the heart.

Our Working Process

We find every project is different, and is about tailoring the process to you. Why not tell us about your project in the form below, and email Sprout Designs for an initial meeting. Our Process involves:

Initial meeting

Before starting a project we need to know what our client needs. Gathering information is the first step of the design process. When approaching a new job, we need to set up an initial meeting to discuss the scope of the work and gather as much information as possible.

Brief & Initial Quote

Using the information collected in the initial meeting an outline of the content and goal of the project will be built and presented for approval before proceeding. With the proposal, an initial quote for the cost and timeframe would be provided based upon a daily / hourly charge.

Research & Brainstorming

In this stage, we build upon the information gathered in the initial meeting. It is also time to get the creative juices flowing, with our goal to come up with something new and different that will separate your outcome from the rest.

Initial Ideas

Initial ideas may be presented as visual mock-ups or working drawings depending on the outcome. We like to involve you in the process as soon as possible, to gain your feedback on the direction in which to develop. We welcome questions or possible suggestions and encourage your feedback and participation in the process.

Development from Feedback

Following the client review, the design may need development based upon your feedback. Alternative designs may be produced from which the final design can be created. Alternative designs allow you some options and could allow us to combine elements from each.

Completion & Delivery

Working within your deadline is important, and we always strive to meet it. Completion is when the original brief has been answered. Delivery can take many forms, from working with the Printer, to providing your final files, or your website going live. Our main form of advertising is word of mouth, and encourage you to recommend our services.
